Microsoft 365 price changes 2026: What companies should know now

Microsoft has announced a price and package update for Microsoft 365 commercial products effective 01.07.2026. The changes include various Microsoft 365 business, enterprise and app products.

For companies, this means: Depending on the licenses used, contract model and renewal date, the monthly or annual license costs may change. Not all Microsoft 365 products are automatically affected equally, but only the products adapted by Microsoft.
