Our customers rely on IT that simply works — securely, stably and available at any time. As an IT system administrator (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the support, maintenance and development of modern IT infrastructures, Microsoft Windows environments and managed services solutions for our customers. Our location in Geretsried is conveniently located in the south of Munich, easily accessible also from Wolfratshausen, Bad Tölz and Starnberg.
Your role
As an IT system administrator, you are an integral part of our technical team and ensure that our customers' IT systems run reliably. You take responsibility for the installation, maintenance and development of the IT infrastructure and are the first point of contact in the event of technical faults.
Your tasks
- Planning, installation and commissioning of networked IT systems
- Maintenance and optimization of client-server, network and telecommunications systems
- Systematic troubleshooting and troubleshooting with analysis tools
- Involvement in managed services operations and optimization of our cloud data center
- Planning, implementation and control of IT projects
- Development and presentation of system solutions and automation concepts
- Support and training of customers and users
- Implementation and monitoring of IT security and compliance policies
Who we're looking for
- Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the IT sector
- Experience in administering Microsoft Windows-based clients and servers
- Knowledge of virtualizing IT solutions
- Very good analytical skills and a proactive, independent way of working
- Familiarity with a ticket system
- Open-minded appearance and enjoyment of customer contact
- High team and communication skills
- Safe use of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Very good German language skills as well as good written and spoken English
- Class B driving license
